  I also would like to say I had an incident where I forgot to refund my car park ticket in Asda Folkestone store when checked out,did not think anything and assumed that next day when I go back there for some groceries I will explain and get my mere £1.10 back then without problems but that's was not what happened and when I asked maybe the manager could use his discretion and do it out of good will as I would like to think I am valued customer maybe??? as I know any decent superstore would allow manager to make a decision at managers discretion then the reply I got was rather unwelcoming to say the least and generally I was spoken to like I am trouble maker or something,even secyrity guard decided to join the conversation and I thought then....this is the last time I am shopping at Asda in Folkestone as service there is beyond belief ....and the Managers at their lowest everything....and I agree with the previous reviewer that the Manager of that Folkestone Asda was dressed appalingly and his speech was rude,short and uneducated which was really sad because generally I think Asda is a good store and I can assure you it's different in Canterbury but Asda Folkestone I dread to go if I had to but I try and avoid it now as you never know how you could be either just dissapointed or even assaulted for asking just that little bit extra.Head Office should look this up and do something about it.
