- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You can generally get what you need but their click and collect service is a joke. You order something off the internet and it gets sent to you local store, you input your details into a big computer which lets them know you are standing waiting for said item. After 15 minutes of waiting you finally get fed up and speak to customer services who phones them up. The person who is meant to be running the orders instantly appears.
